Permintaan Penghapusan Data

Anda dapat meminta kami menghapus data pribadi Anda yang kami proses lewat layanan kami, termasuk percakapan WhatsApp, data janji temu, dan data Telegram.

Cara meminta

  1. Kirim email ke hello@kusumabagja.com dengan subjek "Permintaan penghapusan data".
  2. Tulis nomor WhatsApp atau ID Telegram yang datanya ingin dihapus, dan nama bisnis (misalnya klinik) yang Anda hubungi, jika ada.
  3. Kami dapat meminta bukti bahwa nomor tersebut milik Anda sebelum menghapus, agar data orang lain tidak terhapus secara keliru.

Yang kami lakukan

Kami menghapus atau menganonimkan data Anda dalam waktu 30 hari sejak permintaan terverifikasi, lalu memberi tahu Anda lewat email. Data yang wajib kami simpan berdasarkan hukum dapat tetap disimpan sampai kewajiban itu berakhir, dan kami akan memberi tahu jika itu terjadi. Jika data Anda berada di bawah kendali bisnis klien kami, kami meneruskan permintaan tersebut kepada bisnis itu.

Untuk berhenti menerima pesan, balas "STOP" pada percakapan WhatsApp. Kami akan berhenti mengirim pesan tanpa perlu permintaan penghapusan.

Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete personal data we process through our services, including WhatsApp conversations, appointment data, and Telegram data.

How to ask

  1. Email hello@kusumabagja.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the WhatsApp number or Telegram ID whose data you want deleted, and the name of the business (for example a clinic) you contacted, if any.
  3. We may ask for proof that the number is yours before deleting, so we don't delete someone else's data by mistake.

What we do

We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email. Data we must keep by law may be kept until that obligation ends, and we will tell you if that applies. If your data is under the control of one of our business clients, we pass the request on to that business.

Stop receiving messages

To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" in the WhatsApp conversation. We stop messaging you without needing a deletion request.
